Design your structure

You have an idea, a vision.  You know what you want your home, office, farm, ranch or retreat to look like.  But you are not sure how to translate that vision into reality.

We will walk with you through the design process to ensure that your vision is communicated into the design completely.  Available technologies will allow you to see your creation as it comes together. Computer-generated designs allow you to virtually walk through your completed design before the building process begins.

Spring Hill Design+Build is ready to put your vision into action.  We will listen to your wants and desires and work with you to create a design that fulfills your expectations.

Design your landscape

Traditionally, builders and developers have started a building project by removing everything from the site.  Then, after the building and infrastructure are completed, sod and shrubs are planted.  Maybe, a tree was planted on either side of the front door.  Often, the plants chosen were not well suited for the area.

Spring Hill Design+Build considers your landscape to be an integral part of the project.  We will begin with the natural characteristics of your property, the soil, the plants and trees, water resources and climate.  Then, we use these to help you create a lanscape design that maximizes your enjoyment and minimizes maintenance.

Enhance your natural surroundings
Build your vision

Once you have a design, you need to make it a reality.  Spring Hill Design+Build utilizes 21st Century Technologies and Old World Craftsmanship to bring that design to life.

Water is our most important natural resource. Wise use and management is key.

Rainwater collection systems are ideal for capturing the water that runs off your roof. These systems retain the water for use at a later time.

Proper grading, vegetation, ponds and swales are excellent for slowing and capturing runoff.

Lining and shading ponds reduces water losses from seepage and evaporation and improves water quality.

Native plants and trees can drastically reduce irrigation requirements.

There are many ways to make the most of the water available to your property, whether it is your homestead, farm, ranch or retreat. Spring Hill Design+Build can help you to maximize the potential of the water available and reduce the costs of irrigating.
